The process went smoothly. Everyone involved was very professional. I had an initial IQ assessment test that I studied for before hand. It was accompanied by a personality test to check your compatibility with the company. The first person that I was talking to through the first steps of the process became unavailable before I moved to the in-person interview but his replacement representative was still extraordinary. When I arrived for my in-person interview, I felt like a valued guest at the company site. Everyone was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I was there for several hours during which I met with a few upper management people for one-on-one interviews that felt casual and to the point. I left feeling good about my interviews but I was preferring a role in a different department so I wasn't too worried if I was not selected. I deduced that I was not selected because I was never contacted again, but they had been very responsive before so I feel that if I had inquired I would have been given the news. Overall though, this was a pleasant experience and this seems like a nice company to work for.
