Terrible, and humiliating.
Didn’t even get a proper interview.
2 mins into it, before we could properly get started, I immediately get cut off and told I’m not suited for the role and don’t have experience in working with specific regulations. Why interview me in the first place then? Luckily, a better opportunity came elsewhere after.
Interview for a Senior was also very unprepared.

Question 1
I was barely asked any questions. Besides the obvious points around regulations experience which my CV showed I don’t have experience in.
Structured but quite informal - made to feel relaxed which must admit helped. No HR rep Line Manager and Director or section/division. Mix of competency and technical questions. 30 words is more than you think!
