Interview
After being told the position was no longer available, I noticed both the original listing and a nearly identical one are now live on Indeed, same responsibilities, just under a different title and with a salary $20,000 lower.
It’s hard not to see that as an attempt to quietly fill the role at a significant discount. After going through three interviews and being told I was a top candidate, it’s clear this decision came down to compensation, which is something that could’ve been communicated more transparently from the start.
I had a lot of respect for the Mister O1 brand and believed it stood for something thoughtful and people-driven. But this experience didn’t reflect that at all. A company can’t expect to grow or attract great talent if it isn’t willing to invest in it.
I’m genuinely glad I saw this now rather than later.
Red flag.

Interview
Worst interview process I’ve ever experienced. Manager didn’t show up the first time so I waited an hour for nothing. When he decided to set up another interview he was extremely rude and unprofessional

Interview
The interview was on Zoom. The person who interviewed me never looked at the screen; he was more focused on what was happening around him than on what I was saying. he wasn't in a suitable space for the interview, and there was a lot of background noise. It was a very disappointing experience, and I wasn't bothered that they didn't contact me again.
