Applicants were interviewed in groups of two, with the owner and a manager. There were only a few questions, but one was along the lines of an open "describe yourself and you interest". They are looking for interest over experience, but experience doesn't hurt.

Interview went well and I felt I was asked good questions. Follow-up was slow and not super committed, then I got a text at least a month or two later asking if I was available. I’d gotten another job by then.

Interview
It was an open interview with the owner of Mishka's Cafe and two employees one of which was the baker. It was three others and myself brought upstairs into an almost empty room sat around a table in the center. The owner conducted the majority of the interview which was about 45 minutes long. Afterwards he told us that we should be hearing back within a week.
