I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Austin, TX)
Interview
The interview process for this role was lengthy and thorough, which I found to be a positive indicator that the company is striving to hire only applicants that are likely to be successful in the position. Although interviewing can always be a tiring process, I thought that Miro did an excellent job of communicating each step thoroughly and scheduling subsequent interviews quickly. I especially liked the calendar tool that the recruiter uses to help set up your calls! This helped to schedule dates/times that worked best for my schedule, making the lengthy process as efficient and streamlined as possible. Overall, I think that Miro does an excellent job preparing candidates for each stage in the interview process and keeps professionalism top of mind.

Interview
Scheduled a time slot for the first interview through their calendar link, but the recruiter did not get back to me at all even after I emailed to check. Eventually did not get a chance to interview and they did not respond to my query about scheduling.
