Painfully slow process that went on for more than 8 weeks with 5 interviews and with no response after final interview that was held over four weeks ago.
After reading other reviews this may not be the norm, but my experience was a very slow process.
There is an initial interview with a recruiter from Mirantis to discuss the role and your suitability for it.
If they move forward from there an interview with two of the organization's management team is next up where the discussion is more specific to the job and expectations.
If they move forward then there is another interview that is technical with 5 technical support engineers. Average questions about Linux, Docker, Kubernetes.
I had a second round of two interviews with additional management team followed by an additional technical screening interview with more senior support engineers.
After that who knows because that's where it ended for myself.
It has been over four weeks since last interview and no response, so I can only infer that I won't get an offer. That is fine, however, a company going dark on a candidate that has gone through numerous interviews is very unprofessional and just plain rude.
It's not difficult to send an email to say something to the affect "Unfortunately we've decided to move forward with a different candidate...", but they can't even be bothered to do what most would consider the bare minimum of common courtesy.
Given my experience with their interview process I wouldn't recommend applying for a job at Mirantis.
