Interview
I've been contacted by a Mirakl hiring manager for the first interview and then did three or four more rounds with my future manager and several other managers.
Some of the rounds were based on the specific position, I did a business case and two rounds were based on personal values.

Question 1
Several questions on the five core values of Mirakl.
I would definitely prepare for those and prepare your answers in detail.
- The process took approximately 4 weeks.
- The job done by the talent recruiter was very efficient and productive: always sharing feedback about each step and about the next one. Clearly and without any delay and very very friendly.
- In total 3 main steps.
- Phone call with HR team member to discuss about the background, the company and the profile.
- Call with the hiring manager. We went deeper through the position details and experience accumulated (need to present explicit situations, way to resolve those, etc).
- Panel with 4 Mirakl members from different teams. Based on the STAR method, the interviews are very clearly structured going through specific examples that match with the Mirakl's values. Goal is to assess skills and give a 360° experience for both parties. Very useful to make questions about the company, the teams and personal opinions. All the team members were very friendly and had clear way to lead the conversations.
- Finally, last step to discuss contract details with HR.
In general, the process is very professional and gives the sense of a very competent and serious way to treat (potential) employees.

Interview
The process lasted about two months, a classic for companies of this size. I had an interview with a human resources manager, one with my future manager, a technical test, and two other interviews with two managers of the company.
