Interview
We just had an informal conversation over the phone. I had been referred to them, so it was pretty straight forward. They are great guys, so the interview process shouldn't be too stressful.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mirador Real Estate (Chelsea, NY)
Interview
I met with 2 people on two separate occasions. Both meetings were pretty basic one-on-one conversations. They asked about my background as an agent and my book of business. The company is special because they have a lot of exclusive but they're mostly hiring to work the extra leads they get from those listings. Most of the more tenured agents work the company listings - which seems fair.

Question 1
How do I get listings? Do I show / work open listings? Am I willing to pitch to get exclusives? What do you do if you don't have any clients (can I generate my own)?
