This employer asked me to apply via WhatsApp, complete a 30‑minute test, and then ghosted me without any response. Such behavior is extremely unprofessional, wasting candidates’ valuable time and effort. Companies that treat applicants this way show no respect for professionalism or basic recruitment standards.

Red Flag 1 (The Form)
Before the interview, they demanded that I fill out a form requiring my personal details- major red flag.
Red Flag 2 (The Interviewer)
The interviewer spent an hour wasting my time asking irrelevant questions about the role, and then later ghosted me.

am not sure why they asked for this, as the company is primarily involved in medicine not a design agency
Common interview questions were asked. 1st round via zoom with HR. Second round physical interview with hiring manager.
Were tasked to study a material on the spot and present/roleplay as you would with a client based on your understanding of the material. There was also written test on it. Overall, it was okay.
