Minnie Rose interview questions

I interviewed during the pandemic so it was done through email. The owner did say she laid everyone off because of the pandemic which a lot of people did so I did not think too much about that. She quickly sent me a bunch of questions which I answered through email. The owner also asked for me to work on a design project which was ok because I have done this before. Once I submitted the project, which she “loved,” she asked about salary. That was the end of the conversation, she did not even respond to the email. All in all just a heads up to anyone else I feel like I was used for a design project since she currently has no staff.

No telephone screening. They called me in seemingly eager to speak to me. When I met with the CFO and her ill looking partner, it appears the role that they had in mind was not aligned in what I submitted for. I do not know where the confusion was. They wasted my time and did not seem terrifically apologetic about this.... and honestly, I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. The office space was deplorable with a receptionist who seemed nasty. I will avoid this company like the plague.
