Applied with covering letter and resume and was offered Skype interview the following week. Skype interview consisted of 30minute conversation with the managing director. The interview covered pretty common areas relating to specific skills most relavent to drones, as well as a talk about the humanitarian side of the project, and how this motivated me to apply for the position.
