Interview
The interview process at Mind Retail, for me, was ideal. It was very much values-based so there was a clear framework within which to showcase how my experience demonstrated that I was aligned with the organisation's own values.
It was very informal, friendly and relaxed. Again, this was great for me. I dislike interviews in general. I find them very artificial and unhelpful. This experience was anything but.
I'd go as far as saying I actually enjoyed the experience. This is a testament to the warm, informal approach of my interviewers and I left feeling I'd given of my best.

Describe how you've lived our 'Together' value in the past.
It was a nice and straightforward process. The interview took about 30 minutes and we covered my experience in customer service. A very welcoming and professional setting, very excited to work there.
