Interview
1st interview was a phone screen. The interviewer turned OFF their sound after asking each question -- so there was no feedback, no two-way conversation. There was also never an opportunity to simply tell them about myself and give a synopsis of my background.
It was quick and worked around my busy schedule. It was not very intimidating and they seemed more interested in getting to know the real you than putting you on the spot to catch you messing up.
