Mills Oakley Lawyers interview questions

Not a good experience. My initial thoughts were that the firm had a good culture, but the interviewers were unfriendly. They asked a lot of specific questions about that particular area of law, which they knew I had no experience in. When I asked about the benefits of working there, they said 'cake'.

Very standard interview process. First I had an interview with the Partner and Senior Associate from the team to cover my past experience, then an interview with the office manager to cover the logistics.
