Intermediate interview with 3 rounds so we need to spen atleast a day there, round table interviews, group discussions, hr rond, tech interview., before online assess ment on board and aptitude test

Interview
I applied online via Idealist. I heard back fairly quickly on the phone, and was given a short 10 minute phone interview. Then I advanced to the the panel interview with two people. One was the development director, and the events person. The questions were your normal interview questions with a few non profit questions about databases and events throw in for good measure. Everyone I met that day was very nice. The office was easy to find.
