Standard process. Focused primarily on breadth of experience. All interviews were with a panel of lawyers I’d be working with. Even though the questions were substantive, I could tell they were really just feeling me out for fit. They’re known to take culture really seriously.
Multiple rounds of interviews with a mix of partners and associates. Interviews involved standard questions as well as questions designed to gauge cultural fit and long term career goals. Interview mainly focused on assessing personality.
