The Firm isn't hiring but wanted to speak to me just in case something came up. The interviewer was very nice and personal.

Question 1
There really weren't any difficult questions, they asked all the typical things you might expect during an interview. There wasn't anything out of the ordinary.
Standard process. Focused primarily on breadth of experience. All interviews were with a panel of lawyers I’d be working with. Even though the questions were substantive, I could tell they were really just feeling me out for fit. They’re known to take culture really seriously.
Multiple rounds of interviews with a mix of partners and associates. Interviews involved standard questions as well as questions designed to gauge cultural fit and long term career goals. Interview mainly focused on assessing personality.
