They approached me via phone. There were 2 stages. First you talk to hr if that goes positive you do a case study. Which involves prerecorded gameplay videos and a pdf which tells you how to send it and what to do. In my case I did match 3 gameplay video and an action game. They do not tell you why you didn’t pass. I have to ask myself to get an answer. They told me I’m not suitable for the position because I didn’t get the proper education which I stated in my resume. Then I asked why would you interview me even though you know I didn’t go to music school. Next thing is they do not compensate you if you do the case. I spent 3 days after work for it. They didn’t even mention about compensating me.
