Applied through SEEK, received email inviting me to interview. I selected my date and confirmed via email with the hiring manager. On the day, they had forgotten about it so it was then moved to the following day. I was sent a personality quiz the day of the original booked interview which needed to be completed prior to the interview. Which flagged me to question the interview date. The interview was pretty informal, no notes taken and questions were not pre planned from what I could tell. Was told they were wanting a female in the role and seemed to heavily focus on the quiz results and made a few comments about issues with the young female workers, hense the need for a female in the team. The second panel member seemed uninterested and bored the entire time and the hiring manager was hard to hear. I was unsuccessful and received a rather bland email from the hiring manager about it saying they were processing with more experienced candidates but then the role was readvertised a week later.
