Good recruitment process and overall transparency regarding the recruitment process and quickly responsive recruitment process.
Manager is really looking forward to move on when the candidate fit the job expectations.
Pretty straightforward. First round interview with HR, and then you are able to be progressed to a chat with the team. Then a final round with seniors. So that’s all.
My interview process for the Microsoft internship was incredibly professional and well-structured.
