Interview
I had the best ever interview experience yesterday with Microsoft for Software Development Engineer role. I had 5 rounds in total out of which 4 technical rounds. First was online technical tech with 2 medium to hard difficulty questions. Then technical rounds with 3 different interviewers. One is DSA this was Hard problem, Second was System design which was easy, third was OOPs coding a medium to hard problem. All of them were very positive in attitude, gave hints whenever needed and didn't force their logic on me which a lot of interviewers from other companies do. They cared more about logic rathar running all the test cases. Fortunately all my codes were full proof and had no errors. Irrespective of the outcome of the interview process,it sparked me with hope, motivation and positivity. Even if I don't get the job, I am happy and I will try again. Kudos to Microsoft for hiring these 3 who were my interviewers.

there was only one interviewer. online interview. during the interview, firstly self-introduction and introduce the team. and then behaviour questions were asked. and then leetcode question was asked. interviewer was nice
I had a recruiter phone screen followed by a coding assessment, which I cleared. The questions were manageable. The overall experience was smooth, the interviewer is friendly, and currently waiting for the final interview loop.
