Amazing it was True nature of positioning Was quick and completed within 2 weeks Offer was sent over within 7 days Negotiation doesn't happen HR helped in scheduling at suitable time IT was more of a conversation then being a series of questions Environment was very comforting to go and be your true self while answering all the complex questions put forward by the technical recruiter Group manager round was much about yourself and your professional background

Very disorganized & non-cooperative recruitment process. No information of interview call to the candidate before the interview. The interviewer calls the candidate then the candidate comes to know that his/her interview was scheduled that time. Later the recruiter calls & tells a completely lies that she informed the candidate previous day about the interview. When the candidate replied she did not informed then shockingly & rudely disconnected the line.Even the recruiter did not care to send any interview confirmation letter too. Very much bad experience how a nonsense recruiter messed up a potential candidate's employment & suffered the organization like MSFT.
