This is the hiring process for a new graduate position. First, the company reviews the entry sheet or application form. Second, there are two interviews conducted on the same day. After successfully passing these steps, you receive a job offer. As far as I remember, they asked questions to assess my understanding of the position, to dig deeper into what I had written in my entry sheet, and to evaluate how well I understood the company and my career plans within it.

There are three interviews, One with HR short call, then the Techincal interview with the tech lead , the final one is with the director. Interviews are quite harder than others, but the panel is so friendly and good
