Gave my resume at a recruitment event. They contacted me for an interview, which consisted mostly of behavioral questions and clarifications of things on my resume. It seemed like it went quite well, so I was a little surprised to not hear back. I guess since it was recruitment season they had a lot of applicants.
The interview begin with shortlisting candidate after which 2 rounds of interview rounds begin with first round as technical followed by Hiring Manager Round. The interview experience was smooth within the given time slot. The candidate need to join the teams calls with their recruitment team and get your interview done.

Interview
There were 2 rounds in total. First was a technical round. Second was an HR round. In technical, DSA (sorting, linked lists), Java, DBMS and questions on the projects you have done mentioned in the given resume were asked. In HR behavioral and scenario based questions were asked.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Microsoft (Bangalore Rural) in Nov 2023
