Interview
Phone interview, followed by director of research discussing my research background. They got into detail and were very critical of what I had done in the past. But after that things became a lot more positive. However I didn't get the offer.
Coding interview followed with BQ questions the interviewer is really nice but the questions are very hard. It is middle to hard letcode style problems and also torch operations coding questions. For the BQ, if you have read about amazon experineces, you will end up pretty good.
4, 1 hour long individual interviews to determine fit, technical abilities, and collaboration potential.
Each interview is casual but goes through a set list of questions.
There is a 1 hour job talk in the middle of the day that is given to a larger group of researchers.

Interview
The interview included both behavior and technical parts. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions. The entire process was friendly and engaging, although I didn't find the position a superb fit for me.
