I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Short 30 minute sessions with three people, a senior manager, a senior director and the general manager. The recruiter was extremely knowledgeable and maintained a high degree of contact and communications throughout the process. All scheduling and logistics where flawless. Unfortunately, this position paid significantly lower than my expectations and current salary.
