Smooth, interview was a little challenging as interviewers tend to reach your weaknesses and play on them, psychological interview more than anything.
Other than that, they asked question that showed investment in retention and career path.
Started off with a phone screening followed by, program manager, subsidiary leads, HR and MEA director.

Interview
Very easy going conversation, they are always checking for interpersonal skills and leadership on the questions. The funny thing about my interview process is that I applied from an email I found on Facebook. That´s just to show how well they look from all sources. Be enthusiastic about the company and you should do great at Microsoft.
