I went through a Microsoft hiring drive and the experience after interviews was extremely disappointing. Once the interviews were done, there was complete silence—no update, no rejection, nothing. Even after multiple follow-ups asking for a simple yes/no, there was no response. Candidates put in significant time and effort preparing for these rounds, and the lack of even basic communication feels disrespectful. Not expecting detailed feedback, just a simple closure. For a company like Microsoft, this level of candidate experience is honestly surprising and unacceptable.

Four rounds including hiring manager round. First round is programming and logic. Next round data structure and algorithms. Didn't get through to the third round. They were not much keen since I was over qualified they said
