Interview process overall was great. Consisted of 5 rounds from Sr. program managers and Directors within the organization. The last interview is called an 'As Appropriate' round which means the team likes you and would like buy in from a more senior team member as well. Rounds had behavior, hypothetical case study questions and some questions about your background. Biggest piece of advice is to make sure your stories have depth and that the problems you conquered show you'd be able to succeed in the role. Try to take the guess work out of the process for the team.
