I applied through university. I interviewed at Microchip
Interview
It was mostly questions about my resume. Then a couple of questions about working in a team. They also asked about my hobbies and conflict resolution approach. Overall it was fair nothing abnormal.

Question 1
Tell us about your hobbies? How do fix team issues.
The interview was alright. Not too difficult. Make sure you know the basics especially for FPGA design related positions. They are really bad at following up with you after the interview. They practically just ghost you if you are not the right fit. I expected a company like Microchip to atleast give an honest feedback on the interview.
