They're always wanting to hire and not very picky. The interview is mainly just discussing if you have an experience or if you don't, talking briefly about your work ethic.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.
