Pros
More Relaxed customer base than clothing or food service. Most people already know what they're looking for and I can count on one hand the times someone screamed at me over glitter glue. I liked signing people up for rewards because it was easy to do at the register and honestly pretty useful for people who shop there once a month or more.
Cons
Was never approached for promotion despite good performance and high # of rewards sign ups ASM watched the cameras to see if we were using cell phones at the register and called it out over the radio, even if it was just to glance at the time.
