I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Michaels (Edmonton, AB) in Apr 2022
Interview
It was very easy and quick. I got there 10 minutes early, the manager took me into the office right away, and we had a very casual conversation.
He didn't ask me the usual interview questions; he just asked me what type of art I like to do and the specific duties at my last job and if I was able to work at 3am.
I got offered the job right away

What were my specific duties at my last job? ( I had a replenishment job before applying to Michaels) The store manager told me that's why he was interested in me, because I had prior replenishment experience
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Michaels (New York, NY)
Interview
Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
