Interview process was pretty typical, but I likely didn't answer some of the questions very well. However, the interviewer was quite rude when I followed up to ask about the position and hung up almost immediately.

It was a phone call interview. I was already in a bad mood so my anger got the best of me. The interviewer was basically telling me about the job and I was not too happy from what I heard. I went along and continued listening. After hearing this is 17 an hour with less hours, I asked the interviewer on why should I work for them when other job offers I received are offering me more wage? The answer was because they saw my resume and that is where they start. I have experience and certainly have had enough with the low pay and less hours available. The job market is so terrible and employers do not understand how frustrating and time consuming it is to turn in an application. Its great when you get a phone call interview until the candidate finds out how the pay is or hours are. I just told the interviewer I am not interested and by their tone, they were not too happy with the question I asked. Now interviewers see how we feel when we try to switch the questions. The interviewer claimed that there would be more hours available during peak season but forget it.
