I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Michaels (Iowa City, IA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Short and quick, basically told me what the job involved, less interview more making sure you knew what you were getting into. Took about 15 minutes she asked me 2-3 questions and the rest was telling me job duties.
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.

Interview
Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
