The interview process consist of two interviews. One with the assistant manager and then the store manager. They ask behavior questions. They also explain to you what your role would be at the store.

Question 1
None of the questions were difficult. They were behavioral, you just need to prepare for them.
Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Michaels (Frisco, TX)

The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
