Just talk about the job...tell you to finish paperwork online for employment and wait to hear back.... personally, they acted and said they were hiring me and then I never heard back from them...
I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long

Previous work experience that I had listed on my resume
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Michaels (New York, NY)
Interview
Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
