Ran into the manager while making a purchase and mentioned that I had been interested in a job and had an interview within a couple of days. I was hired quickly, asking if I could go ahead and come in earlier than planned, as it was around the holiday season.

Question 1
They wanted to know what kind of art I was into to see how knowledgable I would be about products and helping guests.
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
