I filled out an application online and got a call 6 weeks later. The manager of the store near me said they get 100s of applications and that when they need someone, they go to the apps online. The first interview was an unexpected group interview with 7 other applicants. It lasted an hour. I was called for a one on one interview.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
