Interview
It was pretty short, and I was hired on the spot. It seemed as though they were more concerned about my availability, and a good personality. I did have to call a week after I applied online to "check the status of my application," and they returned my call and offered me an interview. I worked there for a year and loved it.

Question 1
Can you recall a time where you had to solve a problem in a group?
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
