      Coach Interview

      11 Jun 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at MetroRock

      Interview

There was no interview process, coaches are just employees of the gym. There's no actual coaching knowledge needed, no questions on training methods, etc. This is dangerous! Clients being coached could get seriously hurt by someone not knowing how to properly train them/ pushing them too far too fast!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

If I wanted to coach... that was literally all I was asked. There should be a higher expectation, qualified people hired and fair compensation.
