After responding to the job posting (which was posted on both ASAE's and ICE's career websites), I was called by the Senior Director of Operations, who oversees human resources at Metacred. She performed the initial interview by phone. I was then invited to an in-person interview with the CEO, during which I was introduced to a couple of the other members of the leadership team and spoke briefly with each one. About 3 days later, I received a formal, written offer letter, which tracked exactly the job parameters and compensation package that had been described in the job listing and during the interviews.
