The interview was unilaterally cancelled by them at the last minute (1 hour before the agreed time), saying the position had been filled. However, they had plenty of time to cancel it earlier!
Then the next day, they came back to me and apologized for the "miscommunication" and wanted to reschedule the interview. Really?
During the interview, not a word about the resumé, nothing about the position, the team or the company, just a series of technical questions, then the end. Not a great experience.
After the interview, I've never heard from them again. They don't even bother to tell me the result, considering the back-and-forth before.
I'd say it was a very frustrating experience due to the lack of professionalism and respect for candidates on their part.
