I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Jan 2024
Interview
Had a recruiter reach out about a contract opportunity at Meta. Interview was initially a recruiter. I then had 3, 45min technical rounds with engineers on the team. The questions were largely LC Easy and LC Medium. The interviewers were very friendly and helpful. The questions were more than fair.
One thing to note is that I didn't know until the offer was extended that I wouldn't be employed by Meta directly. So that is something to keep in mind if you are taking the role to have it on your resume.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meta (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview was very smooth and everyone was very professional. It was through a employee referral, after that the hiring manager reached out directly to me. Then I got invited onsite and had lunch with the hiring manager. After that I had two problems to solve on a white board. I had a remote interviewer also join us via skype or something similar. They were very kind and gave lots of tips. Great experience!
