The process was pretty standard for a large tech company. It entailed five rounds of interviews with individuals who were either on the team I was interviewing for or worked closely with it. One of the interviews was with the hiring manager. Each of the interviews focused on a different aspect of the skill set required for the job. The interviews included a mix of direct questions, "tell me about a time when" questions, and scenarios to work through.
