The recruiter will reach out via email and the candidate has to upload his/her cv and pick a day and time. Only had one call which went ok in my opinion. I suppose that for shortlisted candidates there would have been several calls lined up.

Screening with Recruiter was very pleasant as she was incredibly nice and helpful.
Second interview with a girl from the team was very much not at the level of the company. She avoided eye contact and was frowned during the whole interview process that gave me the feeling as if I was saying something wrong all the time. She seemed as she couldn't care less what I was saying and her look was telling me 'Get it over with already, why do you even bother?' No connection, no eye contact, almost unpleasant occasionally putting a fake smile. The team is new which might explain her being unexperienced with interviewing but still very disappointing as I have completely opposite experience with this company in general. This really surprised me. Please carefully choose interviewers as they reflect the team. Do I really want to work with this person? Well, no thanks.
I believe in you guys though, you can do much better, I know for fact.
