I was contacted two weeks after applying online. The recruiter was well-informed and set up a call with the hiring manager. A week later, I spoke to the hiring manager. We had a good conversation but ultimately I was not able to move on to the next stage. Still, I appreciated that the recruiter kept me updated on the process.
Easy casual interview with professionals in similar roles in the team, including hiring manager, peers and direct reports. Screening interview in advance with recruiter asked basic introductory questions in order to advance candidacy to substantive interviews
2 month wait to get first interview; sat through 7 rounds with many delays and miscommunications by the recruiter; rejected at the end of 4 months after radio silence for a month or so
The logistics were handled well and good selection of resources were provided. The hiring manager was totally disinterested and did not seem prepared. They asked questions that came straight out of a college exam paper when the role was being interviewed for was relatively senior.
