Originally told I would be flown out to Menlo Park to interview, and was later told that was miscommunication and they could do not do that for contract positions, which was the first communication error on their part. Ended up doing a Skype interview.
Second, I was told three people would interview me and who they would be, but one of them was wrong and I was given someone else.
Third, I waited a very long time for the first person interviewing me to even log into the video conference.
Fourth, I had to reach out to them twice asking for an update on the status of my interview. It took them three weeks for someone to get back to me. When I emailed them after a week and a half I was told they had not even debriefed yet.
I was not given the position. The entire process was extremely unorganized and these people acted as if they had never done a video conference interview before. The referrals team needs to be more punctual, organized and efficient with their interview process and how they treat their candidates. It should NEVER take three weeks to give someone a "no."
Complete waste of time and would not recommend.
