The interview consisted of a 30-minute discussion with the Hiring Manager. It was mainly competency-based and focused on my previous experience and problem-solving skills. I was asked questions such as:
• Tell me about a time you improved a process.
• Tell me about a time you identified a problem and how you solved it.
• Questions about my background, experience, and how my skills align with the role.
The interview focused on understanding my analytical approach, ability to improve processes, and experience working with stakeholders to solve operational challenges.
