Chaotic Technical Test Process: The technical test was to be completed within 2 days, but the process was chaotic. Incorrect documents were provided, and crucial attachments were missing. It took multiple back-and-forth conversations to finally obtain the correct test topic, and the HR team was unresponsive throughout the process.
Online Video Interview: The online interview was conducted by the Project Manager (PM), Front-End (FE), and Back-End (BE) Leads. The interview covered both domain knowledge and cultural fit, with questions asked in a mixture of English and Chinese. While the FE and BE leads were friendly and professional, the PM appeared impatient, seeming eager to end the meeting without allowing the interviewee to clarify or expand on answers.
